Welcome to Multiversal All-Stars and any related bots, applications, or services operated by the Multiversal All-Stars development team (collectively referred to as "our services"). Our services provide interactive gameplay and progression-based experiences on Discord. By accessing or using any of our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you must discontinue use immediately.

Our services offer interactive features such as gameplay systems, progression, and events. You are responsible for all activity conducted through your Discord account while using our services. You agree to use the services fairly and as intended.

Our services collect limited, non-personally identifiable information necessary for functionality, including server IDs, channel IDs, user IDs, and gameplay-related data. This data is used solely to operate, maintain, and improve the services and is not sold or shared with third parties.

You agree not to use our services for any unlawful, abusive, or unauthorized purpose. You must comply with all applicable laws, Discord policies, and community guidelines while using the services.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the services at any time without prior notice. We may also update these Terms of Service periodically. Continued use of the services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Multiversal All-Stars development team shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the services.

We may suspend or terminate your access to any of our services at any time, with or without notice, if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms, our Privacy Policy, or Discord's Terms of Service.

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.

You may not exploit bugs, glitches, or unintended mechanics within the services. Any discovered vulnerabilities must be reported promptly through the community server or via email. Exploiting issues for personal gain may result in immediate penalties, including suspension or permanent bans.

We reserve the right to permanently blacklist accounts and delete all associated data across Multiversal All-Stars services under the following circumstances:

• Breach of these Terms or the Privacy Policy
• Fraudulent behavior or abuse of in-game systems
• Chargebacks, refund abuse, or payment exploitation
• Violation of Discord's Terms of Service
• Use of alternate accounts to bypass restrictions or limits
• Repeated exploitation of bugs after warnings
• Any conduct deemed harmful to the community or services

Blacklisting is permanent, non-appealable, and applies to all current and future Multiversal All-Stars products. Upon blacklisting, all related data may be removed without prior notice.
